Devereux Center Responds in Crisis
The Devereux Center staff has continued to be there for those struggling with mental illness and homelessness. By providing meals 5 days a week, we have continued to meet the basic needs of our clients. This is a pathway to build trust and open dialogue to what the deeper issues are for our clients. We offer case management and work with many community partners to navigate our clients to services addressing their specific needs. Our goal is to help our clients find a new path forward, fostering hope and dignity while taking steps to work toward permanent housing. We KNOW that where you give is a choice and we are honored to be your choice during these difficult times. Thank you for standing with us as we serve those who are in need!
Pictured above is Ron, a client who just recently landed a job. He is still committed to volunteering on Friday's even though he is working 4 ten hour days. I am so proud of Ron who is making postive steps to improve his life!
